We are glad to share some news from the top of our corporate family: Exa Capital, the holding company behind TeamEDA, has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc. magazine’s annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America, for the second consecutive year.
TeamEDA is part of the Exa Capital family, the permanent-hold company that acquired us in 2021 to hold and grow, not to resell. For our customers and partners, this recognition is a clear signal of the stability behind TeamEDA: we’re backed by an owner built for the long term, which means continuity in the product, the team, and the relationships you depend on.

How the Inc. 5000 Is Ranked
It is worth knowing how this recognition is earned, because the Inc. 5000 is not an award a company can talk its way onto. It is a data ranking. Companies are ranked purely by percentage revenue growth over a three-year period, and revenue figures are submitted subject to Inc.’s verification. Eligibility is strict as well: a company must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent, meaning it cannot be a subsidiary or division of a larger organization. It must also meet Inc.’s minimum revenue thresholds at both the start and the end of the measurement window.

Simply put, the list measures one thing: sustained, documented growth. That standard is why its alumni include companies such as Microsoft, Patagonia, and Intuit, and it is why a repeat appearance carries more weight than a first. A single year on the list can reflect one strong run. Two consecutive years means the growth held up under the same measurement, applied twice.
