How do I know which plan is right for me?
Plans are sized by the scale of your environment, the number of licenses you monitor, your realtime users, and how many license servers (connectors) you need to connect. Choose the plan that points you to the tier that fit your reuqirements. If you need more information regarding tiers, our team can help you confirm the right one.
What counts as a "realtime user"?
Realtime users are the active users whose live license usage LAMUM Cloud tracks through the Cloud Connector.
How is pricing determined on paid plans?
Growth, Scale, and Enterprise Plans are quoted on the size of your license estate rather than a fixed sticker price, because every environment differs. Tell us your about your requirements, licenses you own, realtime users, connectors/servers, data security as well as any custom requirements including on-premises setup, and we'll send you a tailored quote.
Do you offer discounts for larger organizations?
Yes. Organization-wide deployments are handled on the Enterprise plan, which includes unlimited licenses and connectors, 99.9% uptime with dedicated resources, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Reach out for a custom-tailored quote built around your estate.

No. TeamEDA hosts LAMUM Cloud on AWS and handles hosting, security, scaling, and updates, unless you require an on-premises setup. You only configure a Cloud Connector on your existing license server to get started.
